    I drop my truck off for service on the morning of the appointment, the service is completed and my truck is delivered to my office immediately upon completion. This qualifies as exemplary service in my estimation. Very pleased and appreciative!

    Customer service is seriously lacking. I took my vehicle in to get a recall service done. When I got my vehicle back it wasn't running properly. I called concerned about it and talked to the Service Advisor who was more concerned about finding out who I dealt with then what might be wrong with my vehicle, he never called me back so I had to drive up to the dealership and talked to someone in person. Although the person I talked to that time was very apologetic and tried to book me in to have a look at my vehicle again I still had to wait until after the weekend to get it looked at. When I took it back after the weekend and dropped it off, the service advisor I dealt with treated the fact that I was concerned with my starter being compromised by what was done to my vehicle during the recall service to be absolutely absurd. He finally just asked me to sign a paper and he would see. I called at 3:30pm to make sure my vehicle would be delivered to my workplace by 4pm and was told they just had to look over the technicians notes and make sure all was good, but otherwise it shouldn't be a problem. At 4:15pm my keys were finally delivered, nothing said, no work order or anything on seat. After replying to the text sent to me by Norris the next day and me blatantly stating my experience was no where near enjoyable I finally did get a phone call where I was apologized to and told that the service department didn't actually have to do anything to my vehicle to fix the issue. They figured it was just a bubble in the fuel lines. Over a week after my recall service it still wouldn't start properly every time I would start it. Every second start had a super long crank which had never happened until after the recall service. As Norris didn't seem this was a problem and to end the painful process I contacted Lamb Ford and they were so accommodating and understanding. In less the four days I was able to trade in my Escape and drive away with a new to me Edge. An Edge that will never enter Norris Ford's service department.
